Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team!   • Greet visitors at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, managing check-in procedures efficiently
  • Answer multiple-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative document
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and patience

Skills

  • CCC One Management program experience
  • Previous Auto Collision industry experience
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical tasks like filing and data entry
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
