This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about web development, SEO best practices, and digital marketing innovation.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across major search engines such as Google and Bing.</li><li>Manage website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring all pages are optimized with relevant metadata, keywords, and high-quality content.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for traffic growth and content development aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and refine strategies.</li><li>Implement technical SEO enhancements by optimizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture to boost site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.</li><li>Coordinate link building campaigns to increase domain authority through strategic outreach and quality backlink acquisition.</li><li>Use Google Tag Manager and other analytics platforms to track user behavior, conversions, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with social media management teams to amplify content reach through social channels while maintaining consistent branding across platforms.</li><li>Drive conversion optimization initiatives by analyzing user journeys and implementing A/B testing to maximize lead generation and sales from e-commerce platforms or service pages.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and metadata optimization.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building strategies, and technical SEO audits.</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.</li><li>Strong knowledge of web analytics principles to interpret data insights for ongoing strategy refinement.</li><li>Experience with Google Tag Manager for implementing tracking tags efficiently across websites.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Ability to perform conversion rate optimization through data-driven decision-making processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and marketing professionals.
