Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Administration Department. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and office coordination tasks while ensuring accurate financial records and efficient office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.</li><li>Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.</li><li>Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions.</li><li>Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.</li><li>Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.</li><li>Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense claims.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, scan, photocopy, file, and maintain company documents.</li><li>Manage correspondence, emails, and office records.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and government authorities when required.</li><li>Maintain employee, supplier, and customer records.</li><li>Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents as instructed.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.</li><li>Schedule meetings and provide general administrative support.</li><li>Assist HR with employee documentation and record maintenance.</li><li>Perform accurate data entry into ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (B.Com or BBA preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of accounting and administrative experience.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication skills in English</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
