Key Responsibilities: &middot; Provide first-level technical support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. &middot; Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks. &middot; Document customer interactions and solutions clearly in our ticketing system. &middot; Escalate complex issues to senior team members with detailed notes. &middot; Learn and utilize our internal knowledge base and tools. &middot; Contribute to building our community help resources. Requirements: &middot; A high school diploma or equivalent is required; pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory. &middot; Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS). &middot; Strong customer service orientation and patience. &middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. &middot; The ability to learn new technologies quickly. &middot; A reliable internet connection and home workspace for remote roles. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have, Not Required): &middot; Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). &middot; Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routers). &middot; Any prior informal tech support experience (for friends, family, or a school club).
