The Senior Accounts Executive will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management in decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliation, especially within the automobile industry (sales, service, and spares).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) &ndash; ensure timely customer invoicing, vendor payments, and follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliations, Vendor Reconciliations, and Customer Reconciliations.</li><li>Oversee GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closings; assist in preparing financial statements.</li><li>Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and variance analysis.</li><li>Handle petty cash, branch accounts, and daily cash flow statements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for vehicle sales, service invoices, spares billing, and warranty claims.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and service teams for collection follow-up and reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and automotive dealership norms.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP systems and MS Excel.</li><li>Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.</li><li>Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination ability across departments.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple locations/accounts independently.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile or dealership industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Roles and ResponsibilitiesACCOUNTING:-<ul><li>Checking and making corrections to day to day accounting with consultation with Finance Controller (FC),</li><li>Reconciling Cash position across garages and following up for deposit,</li><li>Checking petty cash expenses claim, travel and conveyance claim, supplier invoices and guiding team on entries in compliance with TDS/TCS/GST,</li><li>Ensuring knock off of collections and payments to ensure clear outstanding balance and weekly ageing report,</li><li>Following up with Insurance and Fleet Companies for payment advice, following up for Debit Notes, deduction if any and getting confirmation on reconciled amount,</li><li>Collating data from Field Team, calculating and recommending employee incentives, spot incentives, DSA/CSA Incentives,</li><li>Reconciling Spare IT entries on periodic basis to have completeness check and cut off procedures,</li><li>Scrutinizing ledgers and passing provision entries including reversal of previous provisions,</li><li>Arranging stock of Consumable stock taking and arriving at consumptions and accounting in books on monthly basis,</li></ul>COMPLIANCES: -<ul><li>Calculating TDS, TCS payable, preparing challan and recommending for payment,</li><li>Filing GST returns, TDS and TCS returns</li><li>Payment of PF/ESI/Professional Tax</li><li>Reconciliation of GST input,</li><li>Handling audit, Income Tax returns preparation, filing,</li><li>Preparation of Directors report, Coordinating for ROC Filing,</li><li>Checking F&amp;F of employees, Monthly payroll working</li></ul>REPORTING:-<ul><li>Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Receivable aging, Inventory ageing,</li><li>Preparation of Monthly Operational Deck by collating data from Accounts, Marketing, Network, HR etc.,</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
