This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, creative industry dedicated to environmental excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads from calls, emails, and marketing campaigns</li><li>Meet with clients on-site to assess landscape needs and identify improvement opportunities</li><li>Landscape renovations and upgrades</li><li>Drainage and grading solutions</li><li>Planting enhancements and site improvements</li><li>Use CRM and estimating software to generate professional proposals and track opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with our in-house irrigation manager to identify and develop irrigation and landscape lighting projects</li><li>Work closely with operations, project managers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoff and quality execution</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales and project process</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with property managers, board members, and key decision-makers</li><li>Present tailored solutions that incorporate planting design, hardscape elements, and practical, sustainable approaches</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in the landscape industry (sales or field background)</li><li>Strong knowledge of trees, shrubs, plant identification, and proper pruning practices</li><li>Understanding of landscape construction, drainage, and site improvement work</li><li>Experience with hardscape installation practices, including paver patios, architectural walls, and engineered wall systems</li><li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable using (or learning) CRM and estimating software</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create visual presentations and enhance client communication</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets technical expertise!
