Landscape Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads from calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
  • Meet with clients on-site to assess landscape needs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Landscape renovations and upgrades
  • Drainage and grading solutions
  • Planting enhancements and site improvements
  • Use CRM and estimating software to generate professional proposals and track opportunities
  • Collaborate with our in-house irrigation manager to identify and develop irrigation and landscape lighting projects
  • Work closely with operations, project managers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoff and quality execution
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales and project process
  • Build and strengthen relationships with property managers, board members, and key decision-makers
  • Present tailored solutions that incorporate planting design, hardscape elements, and practical, sustainable approaches

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in the landscape industry (sales or field background)
  • Strong knowledge of trees, shrubs, plant identification, and proper pruning practices
  • Understanding of landscape construction, drainage, and site improvement work
  • Experience with hardscape installation practices, including paver patios, architectural walls, and engineered wall systems
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using (or learning) CRM and estimating software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create visual presentations and enhance client communication

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
