 We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in AWS to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all AWS environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of cloud disaster recovery strategies.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide day-to-day support for AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across AWS services and environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement, configure, and maintain AWS resources including EC2, RDS, VPC, Redshift, and related services
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all AWS resources are regularly updated, patched, and aligned with best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and implement Cloud Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and ensure readiness for failover scenarios
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for production incidents
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cloud architecture and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with security standards and cloud governance policies
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, Redshift, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in Cloud Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid troubleshooting skills within AWS environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Good working knowledge of Linux systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 AWS Certified Solutions Architect &ndash; Professional certification is preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus

Cloud Support Engineer- AWS

 We are seeking a procurement professional with strong experience in
 
 network sourcing
 
 to support end-to-end category management activities within a telecom environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in sourcing and procurement across
 
 RAN, Core, Passive Infrastructure, Transport, and Transmission
 
 domains, ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and strategic supplier engagement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the development and execution of category sourcing strategies in alignment with organizational frameworks and demand planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end RFx processes, including supplier identification, market analysis, evaluation, negotiation support, and award recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review Scope of Work (SoW) and business requirements in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cost optimization initiatives by challenging supplier pricing and improving overall category performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and documentation standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with supplier performance and contract management teams to facilitate contract finalization and vendor onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor category savings, vendor performance, and prepare periodic and ad-hoc sourcing reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and cross-functional collaboration to remove sourcing bottlenecks and enhance processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of relevant procurement experience, with mandatory exposure to
 
 telecom network sourcing
 
 (RAN, Core, Passive Infra, Transport, Transmission).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing sourcing calendars, vendor evaluation, and negotiation processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of telecom vendors, pricing models, and market dynamics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in medium to large organizations handling category sourcing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, Oracle, or other major ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (Telecom Engineering background is advantageous).
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as CSCP or PSM are a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
