 Key Responsbilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with the organisation's digital transformation goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead three core pillars: infrastructure (project, database and CRM management), engineering (software and application development, solution design), and fintech/payments transformation (card management systems and payment processing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive modernisation of legacy systems, including cloud migration and architecture improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, mentor and scale high-performing technology teams across multiple markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure technology operations meet regulatory, security and compliance standards across all jurisdictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with executive leadership and the board on technology investment decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion innovation in digital payments, open banking and emerging fintech capabilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leader within financial services, fintech or payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct experience with payments technology strongly preferred &mdash; card issuing, acquiring, payment processing or digital wallets
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates from broader technology companies with a strong track record delivering payment solutions will also be considered
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and platform modernisation at scale
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record leading multi-disciplinary technology teams across infrastructure, engineering and platform delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong executive presence, with experience reporting to CEO or board-level stakeholders
 </li>

 Mandatory Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in Cards Product Management or Cards Portfolio Management within banking or financial services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience launching Credit Card, Debit Card, and Prepaid Card products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of card profitability, portfolio management, and key business metrics (Spend, Revenue, ENR, Acquisition, Portfolio Growth).
 </li>

 Experience developing Customer Value Propositions (CVP) and pricing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of card processing, payment networks, BIN sponsorship, white label solutions, and vendor management.

 Senior Environmental Test Engineer
 
 to join their team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess test feasibility during early program phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain both short-term and long-term environmental test plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update SOPs and process documentation for test equipment operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage readiness, calibration, and maintenance of test facilities and equipment, including vibration tables, TVAC chambers, thermal systems, and EMC/EMI setups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare hardware, instrumentation, facility configurations, and DAQ systems ahead of test campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the execution of Vibration, Thermal, TVAC, and EMC/EMI tests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise test technicians, ensuring adherence to procedures and configuration control.

 Proven ability to produce SOPs, process documentation, and procedural guidance.

 Familiarity with relevant test standards (e.g., GEVS, MIL-STD-1540, ECSS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills for interpreting test data and generating reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing equipment maintenance and calibration programs.

 Strong cross-functional communication skills and disciplined approach to documentation.
