Job Title: LegalKey Responsibilities:Legal Documentation &amp; Agreements<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet various agreements like Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Partition Deeds, Leave &amp; License Agreements, POAs, etc.</li><li>Vetting &amp; Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave &amp; License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Deed of Conveyance, Deed of Gift, Will, Power of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition</li><li>Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants.</li><li>Ensure all legal documents are legally compliant and protect the company&rsquo;s interests.</li></ul>Land &amp; Property Legal Due Diligence<ul><li>Conduct and verify due diligence on property titles.</li><li>Extensive review of land title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entry, record of rights and revenue records.</li><li>To be able to search and ascertain property title at revenue department, Sub registrar office.</li><li>To be able to make title flow of property.</li><li>Coordinate with legal consulates and property lawyers for title verification and legal clearances.</li><li>Ensure legally clean acquisition of land and property assets.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized university.</li><li>Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in Mumbai or Maharashtra.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Land laws in Maharashtra, Stamp Duty &amp; Registration and Land Acquisition Laws.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Marathi is a plus (for land documents)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
