Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist (4&ndash;8 years experience) Location: Mumbai - Andheri EastWe are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with 4&ndash;8 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Work on end-to-end ML projects &mdash; from collecting and preparing data to building, deploying, and maintaining models.</li><li>Build and maintain APIs to serve ML models in production.</li><li>Improve model accuracy and performance through regular tuning and optimization.</li><li>Support and troubleshoot production ML systems when needed.</li><li>Research and use the latest AI technologies to enhance existing products or create new ones.</li><li>Contribute to documentation and process improvements.</li></ul>Must Have Skills<ul><li>Strong experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.</li><li>Expertise in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Generative AI, fine-tuning models, or using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).</li><li>Good programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, or SpaCy.</li><li>Experience deploying models on AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.</li><li>Ability to write and manage APIs.</li><li>Strong interest in learning new AI technologies.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Knowledge of Go or Elixir, or interest in functional programming.</li><li>Experience with MLOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile product development.</li><li>Understanding of Microservices, API design, and Data Modeling.</li><li>Exposure to Frontend frameworks like React.</li><li>Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;2,000,000.00 - &#8377;3,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
