We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Quality Chemist with prior experience in the Beverages Industry/FMCG Industry/Packaged drinking /Natural Mineral water Industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations.</li><li>Handle calls, emails &amp; routine communication.</li><li>Maintain office records, files, and documentation.</li><li>Assist the management with letters, reports &amp; basic presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.</li><li>Assist in daily accounting entries and updates.</li><li>Record invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment details.</li><li>Help with petty cash handling &amp; expense tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with the accountant for monthly financial updates.</li><li>Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory.</li><li>Schedule meetings and arrange basic logistics.</li><li>Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience as an Office Assistant/Admin Assistant/Accounts Assistant.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>Salary:&middot; 20-25k per month.Interested Candidates can mail their CV on hr@avorganics.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
