Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing FMCG company in the premium beverages space. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Quality Chemist with prior experience in the Beverages Industry/FMCG Industry/Packaged drinking /Natural Mineral water Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle calls, emails & routine communication.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist the management with letters, reports & basic presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
  • Assist in daily accounting entries and updates.
  • Record invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment details.
  • Help with petty cash handling & expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with the accountant for monthly financial updates.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange basic logistics.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience as an Office Assistant/Admin Assistant/Accounts Assistant.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Salary:

· 20-25k per month.
