We are in search of a Receptionist to manage the front desk</p>
<p>
Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility</li>
<li>Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages</li>
<li>Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees and vendors coming in and out of the facility</li>
<li>Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries</li>
</ul>
