We are in search of a Receptionist to manage the front desk

Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility
Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages
Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees and vendors coming in and out of the facility
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
