Job description:Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day 3PL and transportation operations.</li><li>Monitor resource allocation, route planning, scheduling, and vehicle utilization.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SOPs, service SLAs, and client requirements.</li><li>Monitor warehouse activities and conduct periodic Audits to ensure that there is no process deviation</li><li>Coordinate with clients for daily operational updates and issue resolution.</li><li>Track shipments, ensure timely delivery, and handle exceptions proactively.</li><li>Supervise Operations staff, drivers, and support teams.</li><li>Ensure operational MIS reports, trip sheets, and cost control measures are as per company expectations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.</li><li>Optimize operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Contribute in company&rsquo;s business growth, by participating in new business initiatives and its implementation</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in core logistics, 3PL operations, or transportation management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Warehouse, fleet management, routing, trip planning, and documentation.</li><li>Hands-on experience in leading a team and managing clients independently.</li><li>Ability to lead a team efficiently and manage multi-location operations.</li><li>Good understanding of logistics KPIs and operational reporting.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
