Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Regularly monitor and review government notifications, circulars, and tender announcements.</li><li>Study and analyze tender documents in detail to understand eligibility, scope, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with senior management to gather necessary approvals, technical inputs, and pricing details.</li><li>Prepare tender documents, proposals, and supporting paperwork as per prescribed formats.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of tenders on government e-procurement portals and maintain submission records.</li><li>Track tender status, clarifications, and follow-up requirements.</li><li>Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and future opportunities.</li><li>Stay updated with government policies, procurement norms, and compliance changes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline .</li><li>Experienced / Freshers with strong analytical skills will be considered.</li><li>Good understanding of government procurement systems and online tender portals.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).</li><li>Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of government e-marketplace (GeM) and state/central e-procurement portals.</li><li>Prior experience in tender drafting and submission.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What&rsquo;s the highest percentage you&rsquo;ve scored in your academics, and in which course?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
