Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain employee attendance, leave records.</li><li>Prepare salary statements and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to payroll.</li><li>Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.</li><li>Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for monthly payroll reconciliation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in payroll management and statutory compliance(1-2 Year).</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Tally, HRMS, etc.).</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Male candidates (Required)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
