- Oversee day-to-day 3PL and transportation operations.
- Monitor resource allocation, route planning, scheduling, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, service SLAs, and client requirements.
- Monitor warehouse activities and conduct periodic Audits to ensure that there is no process deviation
- Coordinate with clients for daily operational updates and issue resolution.
- Track shipments, ensure timely delivery, and handle exceptions proactively.
- Supervise Operations staff, drivers, and support teams.
- Ensure operational MIS reports, trip sheets, and cost control measures are as per company expectations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
- Optimize operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute in company’s business growth, by participating in new business initiatives and its implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in core logistics, 3PL operations, or transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse, fleet management, routing, trip planning, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in leading a team and managing clients independently.
- Ability to lead a team efficiently and manage multi-location operations.
- Good understanding of logistics KPIs and operational reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
