Admin Officer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Officer to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, with a strong focus on security administration. The role involves coordination and administration of Security Managers, Naik-cum-Havildar, and security staff, ensuring smooth functioning, discipline, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Operations:

  • Manage overall administrative functions of the organization
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and facilities management
  • Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments

Security Administration:

  • Oversee and administer Security Managers, Naik-cum-Havaldar, and security personnel
  • Allocate duties, shifts, and deployment of security staff
  • Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance of security teams
  • Ensure implementation of security protocols, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular reviews, inspections, and security audits
  • Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required

Manpower & Discipline Management:

  • Maintain manpower records, duty rosters, and leave schedules
  • Address grievances and ensure proper disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and statutory requirements

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Act as a liaison between management and security teams
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and security reports
  • Report incidents, risks, and improvements to senior management

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, legal requirements, and safety norms
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in administration and security management
  • Experience handling security managers and Naik-cum-Havaldar will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of administrative procedures and security operations
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
