Junior Manager – Insurance & Office Administration
to join our team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle insurance-related matters including policy verification, claim preparation, documentation, and submission to insurance providers

Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of claims

Maintain records of insurance policies, renewals, and claim status for audit and compliance purposes

Manage day-to-day office operations and basic administrative activities

Support routine operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies
Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors degree (required)

up to 3 years of office operations experience and hands-on small office administration management
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
