Junior Manager – Insurance & Office Administration (Karachi)

Steps Ahead Private Limited is looking for a Junior Manager – Insurance & Office Administration to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance-related matters including policy verification, claim preparation, documentation, and submission to insurance providers
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of claims
  • Maintain records of insurance policies, renewals, and claim status for audit and compliance purposes
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and basic administrative activities
  • Support routine operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • up to 3 years of office operations experience and hands-on small office administration management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills


Location: Karachi

Salary: PKR 55,000 + other benefits
