Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess clients&rsquo; physical condition, posture, BMI, and mobility</li><li>Design and supervise customized exercise and physiotherapy programs for weight loss and inch loss</li><li>Guide clients on correct posture, movements, and injury prevention</li><li>Assist in non-invasive slimming treatments (e.g., ultrasound cavitation, RF, EMS, cryolipolysis &ndash; training can be provided)</li><li>Monitor client progress and maintain treatment records</li><li>Educate clients on lifestyle changes, physical activity, and basic ergonomics</li><li>Coordinate with dietitians, doctors, and clinic staff for holistic results</li><li>Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper use of equipment</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)</li><li>Valid registration with relevant physiotherapy council</li><li>Knowledge of fitness, weight management, and body-contouring exercises</li><li>Good communication and client-handling skills</li><li>Ability to motivate and build rapport with clients</li><li>Basic computer skills for record keeping</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and other platforms</li><li>Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and reduce CPL/CAC</li><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools</li><li>Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages</li><li>Generate high-quality leads and support sales growth</li><li>Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns accordingly</li><li>Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking using pixels, conversion APIs, and tools</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads</li><li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills</li><li>Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and funnels</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, and CRO</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
