Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring diverse levels of care, including long-term, acute, and specialized health services.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, ensuring accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Support medication administration under supervision, following strict aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.</li><li>Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, or Level I trauma centers to deliver timely patient service.</li><li>Assist with procedures like catheter care, phlebotomy, and wound care while maintaining infection control protocols.</li><li>Support patients in home &amp; community care settings or outpatient clinics by delivering compassionate caregiving tailored to their unique needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid CNA certification with current licensure in the applicable state.</li><li>Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals (ICU, trauma centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS).</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation.</li><li>Prior experience with specialized care areas such as hospice, pediatric care (PICU or working with children), behavioral health, or infectious disease management is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward patient-centered care.
