This role focuses on maintaining a safe, controlled environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patrol assigned areas (foot + vehicle as needed)</li><li>Monitor site activity, including CCTV when applicable</li><li>Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns</li><li>Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies</li><li>De-escalate conflicts and maintain order on-site</li><li>Enforce site rules and post orders</li><li>Complete daily activity and incident reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid CA Guard Card</li><li>SB 1626 (required)</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Strong communication and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Able to stand/walk for extended periods</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior security experience</li><li>Law enforcement or military background</li><li>CCTV or surveillance experience</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time (30&ndash;40 hours per week)</li><li>Monday&ndash;Saturday (staggered schedule)</li><li>Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeTo Apply: Submit resume + guard card + certifications.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
