Unarmed Security Guard (8 Openings)

Hiring 8 full-time Unarmed Security Guards for a high-profile property in Peralta. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, controlled environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas (foot + vehicle as needed)
• Monitor site activity, including CCTV when applicable
• Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain order on-site
• Enforce site rules and post orders
• Complete daily activity and incident reports

Requirements:

• Valid CA Guard Card
• SB 1626 (required)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred:

• Prior security experience
• Law enforcement or military background
• CCTV or surveillance experience

Schedule:

• Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
• Monday–Saturday (staggered schedule)
• Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
