The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Major Responsibilities
<ul><li>Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
</li><li>Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
</li><li>Maintain the facility ground.
</li><li>Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
</li><li>Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.</li>
<li>Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.</li>
</ul>
