Aviation Services Management (ASM)

Responsible for supporting ASM&rsquo;s aviation services operations in Riyadh, handling administrative and<br>
operational tasks, coordinating with government entities, assisting in airport-related activities, and<br>
supporting sales initiatives. This role ensures smooth business processes while contributing to ASM&rsquo;s<br>
growth and client satisfaction.<br>
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
➢ Manage daily administrative tasks and company paperwork.<br>
➢ Coordinate with government entities to complete approvals, licenses, and documentation.<br>
➢ Support airport operations, including ground handling and on-site requirements.<br>
➢ Assist in sales activities, client communications, and business development initiatives.<br>
➢ Maintain accurate operational records and reports.<br>
➢ Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.<br>
➢ Monitor and track ongoing tasks, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.<br>
➢ Provide input on operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.<br>
Requirements:<br>
➢ Saudi National.<br>
➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales (aviation industry experience<br>
preferred).<br>
➢ Knowledge of government procedures and aviation regulations is a plus.<br>
➢ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br>
➢ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.<br>
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.<br>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<br>
Completion of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (business administration, aviation, or related field preferred).<br>
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.<br>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>
Fluent in English (verbal and written).<br>
OPERATIONAL DEMANDS<br>
Must be flexible to work as needed and support airport operations, including occasional off-hours tasks.</div>
