Sales & Operations Coordinator – KSA

SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting ASM’s aviation services operations in Riyadh, handling administrative and
operational tasks, coordinating with government entities, assisting in airport-related activities, and
supporting sales initiatives. This role ensures smooth business processes while contributing to ASM’s
growth and client satisfaction.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
➢ Manage daily administrative tasks and company paperwork.
➢ Coordinate with government entities to complete approvals, licenses, and documentation.
➢ Support airport operations, including ground handling and on-site requirements.
➢ Assist in sales activities, client communications, and business development initiatives.
➢ Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
➢ Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
➢ Monitor and track ongoing tasks, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
➢ Provide input on operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
➢ Saudi National.
➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales (aviation industry experience
preferred).
➢ Knowledge of government procedures and aviation regulations is a plus.
➢ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (business administration, aviation, or related field preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
OPERATIONAL DEMANDS
Must be flexible to work as needed and support airport operations, including occasional off-hours tasks.
