Job descriptionWe are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage the costs related to construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and financial reporting while ensuring that projects remain within budget and comply with quality and legal standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents for projects.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate contractual claims, variations, and project risks.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.</li><li>Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project finances.</li><li>Evaluate and negotiate contractor and supplier costs.</li><li>Certify progress payments and final accounts for contractors.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and cost analysis for management review.</li><li>Ensure compliance with construction laws, contracts, and industry regulations.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and project timelines.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or contract management.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or other quantity surveying software.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC, etc.).</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret financial and technical documents.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;194,149.39 - &#8377;398,429.95 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>

Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:The Junior Architect will assist in reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings prepared by consultants, ensuring alignment with design standards, statutory norms, and project requirements. The role involves supporting the preparation of test fitouts, assisting in design documentation, and coordinating with project and business teams for smooth design execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Coordination:</li><li>Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and design proposals from consultants.</li><li>Support in aligning designs with company standards, local building regulations, and project objectives.</li><li>Technical Support:</li><li>Prepare and update test fitouts and layout plans for land evaluation and feasibility studies.</li><li>Help in checking drawings for accuracy and completeness before construction release.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Assist in maintaining design documentation and tracking design revisions.</li><li>Support the team in compiling drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.</li><li>Cross-functional Coordination:</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (projects, MEP, business) for design inputs and clarifications.</li><li>Support communication between consultants and internal stakeholders for timely deliverables.</li><li>Quality &amp; Standards:</li><li>Contribute to maintaining design consistency and adherence to organizational guidelines.</li><li>Identify and report design gaps or potential risks to the Deputy Manager.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building regulations.</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Earth and MS Office</li><li>Good visualization and detailing skills.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and adapt to industrial and warehouse design projects.</li><li>Effective communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch)</li><li>1-2 year of experience in architectural design internship experience accepted).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;9,366.13 - &#8377;32,175.40 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
