Strategic &amp; Operational Management*** Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.* Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.* Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.* Ensure effective coordination between departments such as design, production, quality, procurement, and service.#### **2. Production &amp; Manufacturing*** Oversee daily manufacturing operations of CNC and VMC machines and related automation systems.* Implement lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma practices to improve productivity.* Monitor production KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, and efficiency.* Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.#### **3. Supply Chain &amp; Procurement*** Supervise procurement of raw materials, components, and spares.* Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.* Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.#### **4. Quality &amp; Compliance*** Maintain high-quality standards across all products and processes.* Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and statutory norms.* Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.#### **5. People &amp; Team Management*** Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across operations.* Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.* Identify skill gaps and drive technical and managerial training initiatives.#### **6. Financial &amp; Performance Management*** Prepare and manage annual operational budgets.* Optimize cost structures without compromising quality or delivery.* Monitor key performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.#### **7.
