### **Key Responsibilities**

#### **1. Strategic & Operational Management**

* Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

* Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

* Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

* Ensure effective coordination between departments such as design, production, quality, procurement, and service.

#### **2. Production & Manufacturing**

* Oversee daily manufacturing operations of CNC and VMC machines and related automation systems.

* Implement lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma practices to improve productivity.

* Monitor production KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, and efficiency.

* Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.

#### **3. Supply Chain & Procurement**

* Supervise procurement of raw materials, components, and spares.

* Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

* Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

#### **4. Quality & Compliance**

* Maintain high-quality standards across all products and processes.

* Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and statutory norms.

* Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.

#### **5. People & Team Management**

* Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across operations.

* Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

* Identify skill gaps and drive technical and managerial training initiatives.

#### **6. Financial & Performance Management**

* Prepare and manage annual operational budgets.

* Optimize cost structures without compromising quality or delivery.

* Monitor key performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.

#### **7. Customer Service & After-Sales Support**

* Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Resolve operational issues impacting deliveries or performance.

* Support installation, commissioning, and service processes as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
