• Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across all Electronic City outer areas
• Supervise housekeeping team which is deputed all over outer areas of Electronic City 1st phase
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are executed effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of facility-related works.
• Handle employee facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory of consumables, cleaning materials, and maintenance supplies.
• Support safety, health, and environment (SHE) compliance initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facility management reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
