RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Perform cabling, terminations, and structured wiring for AV system installations.</li><li>Install and configure a wide range of AV equipment including projectors, displays, telephone systems, microphones (wired/wireless), speakers, mixers, amplifiers, and conferencing units.</li><li>Interpret and work accurately from AV drawings and schematic diagrams.</li><li>Understand AV signal flow and system architecture to ensure proper installation and integration.</li><li>Conduct testing and commissioning of AV systems to validate functionality and performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and ensure long-term operational efficiency of AV setups.</li><li>Maintain high installation standards, adhering to quality and safety guidelines. Jr. AV Engineer (Audio - Visuals)

RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure at customer/partner sites.</li><li>Exhibit flexibility to address customer needs, identify problems on-site, and ensure the timely and safe completion of jobs.</li><li>Collect necessary spares from OEM offices or service centers and resolve complaints promptly upon receipt of spares.</li><li>Ensure that complaints are resolved during the first visit.</li><li>Submit all breakdown service reports to the ASM/Stores and preventive maintenance reports to the reporting manager on a weekly basis.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.</li><li>Coordinate the activities of the Post Project Support (Service &amp; Support area) department.</li><li>Interface with AV component manufacturers to assist with troubleshooting and facilitate the repair/replacement process when required.</li><li>Understand and troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware and software, including hard and soft codecs, audio DSPs, and video processors.</li><li>Generate supporting documentation as per team and customer requirements.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, AV Technology).</li><li>0-2 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and systems.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
