ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to secure the best deals.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST regulations and keep up-to-date with changes in GST laws.</li><li>Apply correct HSN codes for all procured goods to comply with tax and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for the movement of goods both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.</li><li>Efficiently create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Analyze procurement costs and contribute to budget management efforts.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with suppliers regarding product specifications and schedules.</li><li>Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve procurement goals</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management (experience in a junior role is a plus).</li><li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement software or tools is a bonus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
