In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at our service center, coordinate team activities, and ensure quality control of our product. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Lead and motivate a team of service agents to achieve high standards of operational efficiency</li><li>Locate and report damage for our fleet of vehicles</li><li>Coordinate with our counter staff to ensure all fleet availability needs are met</li><li>Uphold our high level of cleaning standards</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate in the movement of fleet to and from the service area</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster team collaboration</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Experience in car cleaning and detailing is desired, but not mandatory.</li></ul>Join us as a Lead Service Agent where your leadership will inspire excellence!
