Lead Service Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Service Agent to join our team and elevate the customer experience through exceptional service and leadership. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at our service center, coordinate team activities, and ensure quality control of our product. Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of service agents to achieve high standards of operational efficiency
  • Locate and report damage for our fleet of vehicles
  • Coordinate with our counter staff to ensure all fleet availability needs are met
  • Uphold our high level of cleaning standards
  • Coordinate and facilitate in the movement of fleet to and from the service area

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster team collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in car cleaning and detailing is desired, but not mandatory.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
