Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, prioritizing, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency with Excel and various in-office tools. This position involves regular and irregular tasks and infrequent travel using one of the company cars. While preferred, no prior property management experience is required.Duties<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for tenants</li><li>Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, and emergency issues</li><li>Manage vendors and contractors (scheduling, access, and follow-up)</li><li>Liaise with township/municipal offices for permits, inspections, and compliance</li><li>Handle lease administration, renewals, and rent adjustments</li><li>Onboard new tenants (applications, screenings, move-ins, orientations)</li><li>Ensure property compliance with local codes and regulations</li><li>Monitor property condition and recommend preventative maintenance</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe PDF, Microsoft Outlook Calendar</li><li>Ability to handle multiple project items simultaneously while prioritizing importance and maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Property Management experience</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations</li><li>Experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistant roles</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, transcription, proofreading, and filing systems</li><li>Prior experience supporting executives or managing complex schedules</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Outlook Calendar: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>driving: 5 years (Required)</li><li>vendor and client emailing/coordination: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Edison, NJ 08837 (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
