We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Human Resources Executive to manage our people-related functions and support our continued growth.Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for fostering a positive company culture and supporting the well-being and development of our employees.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition:</li><li>Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting advertisements to conducting interviews and issuing offer letters.</li><li>Source and screen candidates for various roles, including skilled and semi-skilled labor, engineers, and administrative staff.</li><li>Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.</li><li>Employee Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:</li><li>Conduct new employee orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.</li><li>Manage all documentation and processes related to employee joining and exit.</li><li>HR Administration &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department.</li><li>Performance Management &amp; Employee Relations:</li><li>Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries, providing guidance and resolution in a fair and confidential manner.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events to boost morale and productivity.</li><li>Policy &amp; Procedures:</li><li>Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety:</li><li>Work with the management to promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
