E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive who will manage daily marketplace operations, product listings, catalog accuracy, inventory, and performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and our own website. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in marketplace workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing & Catalog

- Create, update, and manage product listings on all ecommerce marketplaces.

- Optimize titles, descriptions, bullets, and keywords.

- Upload product images and maintain listing quality.

- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and category mapping.

2. Marketplace Operations

- Daily monitoring of accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart).

- Manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations.

- Ensure account health metrics remain in good standing.

- Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.

3. SEO & Optimization

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Improve product ranking and visibility organically.

- Track performance of best-selling and low-performing SKUs.

4. Advertising & Promotions

- Assist in managing Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads.

- Monitor ad performance and share reports.

- Run deals, coupons, and festival promotions.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

- Coordinate with warehouse for stock, packaging, and dispatch.

- Work with design/marketing team for creatives and banners.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.

- Knowledge of Meesho/Jiomart portals is a plus.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce SEO.

- Good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot preferred).

- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,510.40 - ₹34,870.03 per month
