An Amazon Last Mile Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery station operations, ensuring that packages are delivered to customers accurately and efficiently. This role serves as the final link between Amazon&rsquo;s logistics network and the customer, managing delivery partners, drivers, and on-the-ground logistics performance.Core Roles and ResponsibilitiesDelivery Station Management:Lead all operations within a delivery station handling 30,000+ packages daily. Oversee inbound sortation, last-mile dispatch, and route planning to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.Partner and Driver Coordination:Manage daily relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and hundreds of delivery associates. Monitor performance metrics such as on-road success rates, late deliveries, and route compliance.Operational Performance and Reporting:Define and track key metrics like delivery accuracy, delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
