- Keep a record update from Station team for timely Opening & closing of premises.
- Review process as per daily Station Report.
- If any callout you are required to resolve it at bottom level and update the same to your reporting manager.
- Check & Follow up taking KPI Performance till day end and performance planning is rebuilt.
- Preplan for next day Operation Working and it needs to be checked for implementation.
- Reporting at your assigned location, if travelling or late reporting then would be accepted but on knowledge of your senior management & HR.
- Timely Report knowledge from Station managers
- Loss revert follow-up to be taken and closed with SLP Team
- Scorecard Performance Planning.
- Behavior should to be Soft Spoken & Professional
- Office Decorum & Hygiene to be maintained
- Immediate response acceleration to CRM & CTL level
- Tracking of cash at all station
- In Bond – Tracer maintain
- Replying to all mails either from Awadh or Amazon on timely basis
Cash check with settlement
BGV completion, Rabbit ID creation, Fake ID not allowed
Legal & integrity finding of all station
Checking with all MDR cases taking appropriate action as per SOP
Taking care of no previously engaged employee having bad track record do not get
