This is a remote real estate position focused on federal property leasing, acquisition, management, and disposal projects. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting real property transactions, due diligence, and compliance with federal property management regulations. Depending on experience, this position can flex between:Depending on experience and career goals, this position can flex between:<ul><li>Entry/Mid-Level Realty Specialist (2+ years of experience)</li><li>Senior Realty Specialist (10+ years of experience, subject matter expert)</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Support real property transactions for federal clients, including leasing, acquisition, disposal, and due diligence</li><li>Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process gaps within real estate documentation and reporting</li><li>Review market research, chain of title, Yellow Book appraisals, and ALTA surveys for federal land acquisitions</li><li>Maintain and reconcile electronic records for real property transactions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (experience in federal property management may be considered in lieu of a degree)</li><li>Realty Specialist: 2+ years in federal real property leasing and/or acquisition</li><li>Senior Realty Specialist: 10+ years in federal real property leasing and/or acquisition</li><li>Familiarity with the Federal Property Management Regulations (FMR) (41 CFR Chapter 102) and the GSA Leasing Desk Guide is highly desirable</li><li>Previous work as a warranted federal Realty Specialist (1170 series) or other warranted individual with leasing experience is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefit<ul><li>Salary: $70,000&ndash;$105,000, based on experience and level</li><li>Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off</li><li>Professional development reimbursement for certifications, continuing education, or licensure preparation</li><li>Remote work flexibility with a culture of collaboration and accountability</li></ul>Why Join AwenAt Awen, your work directly impacts the spaces where veterans receive care, dignity, and healing.
