Entry-Level Administrative Assistant – HR Department (Bilingual English/Spanish)
 
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
 Pay: $17.00 per hour
 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
Job Summary: 
We are looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support the HR Manager at a manufacturing company in North Las Vegas. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to start a career in human resources or office administration. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable helping employees, answering questions, and handling basic office tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
•
 Assist the HR Manager with daily office and HR-related tasks.
 
•
 Help new employees complete onboarding paperwork and training forms.
 
•
 Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct questions to the right person.
 
•
 File documents and keep employee records organized.
 
•
 Translate basic information and help communicate with Spanish-speaking employees.
 
•
 Help distribute schedules, memos, and company notices.
 
•
 Support with data entry, copying, scanning, and organizing HR files.
 
•
 Perform other light administrative duties as needed.
 
Qualifications: 
•
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
 
•
 No prior HR experience needed — training will be provided.
 
•
 Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 
•
 Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
 
•
 Good communication and attention to detail.
