We are hiring Patient Care Technicians / Certified Nursing Assistants to assist Veterans and members in a professional care environment in Flagstaff, AZ.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• PRN / As Needed

Duties Include

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Assist nursing staff with basic care procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Promote a safe and supportive care environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (Arizona)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and observation skills

Competitive PRN pay: $27–$29 per hour
