Job description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and monitor civil engineering works on-site including foundations, concrete works, earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.</li><li>Interpret and review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and execute construction activities.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Assist in preparing progress reports, daily logs, and documentation related to site activities.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions to keep construction work on track.</li><li>Monitor material usage and availability, ensuring proper handling and storage of civil construction materials.</li><li>Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed during the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed according to engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (5 -10years) as a Site Engineer or similar role in civil construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
