Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who has strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial understanding. The ideal candidate should be CA Intermediate or B.Com qualified with hands-on experience in handling large data sets, performing reconciliations, preparing MIS reports, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.</li><li>Perform advanced Excel-based analysis including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas, dashboards, etc.</li><li>Conduct data reconciliation, variance analysis, and prepare periodic reports.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting activities.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated templates and dashboards for management.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.</li><li>Support internal teams by providing timely analytics and insights.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional departments for data collection and clarity.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>CA Intermediate / B.Com (Mandatory)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.</li><li>Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).</li><li>Experience in data analytics, MIS reporting, or similar analytical roles.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools (added advantage).</li><li>Ability to work with large volumes of data.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.</li></ul>Experience Required:1&ndash;3 years of experience in finance, MIS, data analytics, or related roles.Location:Mohan estate / TughlakabadEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;430,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
