Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to supervise and conduct physical verification of scaffolding materials at our building construction project site in Vadodara. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising construction activities and strong knowledge of scaffolding materials used in building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform detailed physical verification of scaffolding materials lying at the site and those currently in use.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement, availability, and usage.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Identify missing, damaged, or unfit scaffolding materials and report findings.
• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and maintenance of scaffolding components.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of verification work and submit to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in supervising building construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials (e.g., couplers, ledgers, standards, planks, base jacks, stirrups, frames, etc.).
• Ability to conduct physical checks and material audits at site.
• Good observation, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work full-time at the Vadodara project site.
