Then SMASH that apply button!Position OverviewThe Sales Representative is a territory-facing role responsible for executing strategic growth plans, acquiring new accounts, and converting surgeons to KIC Ventures&rsquo; NANISX&trade; portfolio of products. This position demands a high level of initiative, relationship-building skills, and consistent execution in the field.The Sales Representative works closely with the Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage a defined territory plan, build strong surgeon and pain management physician relationships, and ensure seamless case coverage and product adoption.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a territory growth plan under the guidance of the Territory Sales Manager.</li><li>Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding product adoption within existing accounts.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, pain management physicians, and clinical staff through consistent communication, education, and follow-up.</li><li>Organize and support Visiting Educational Training (VET) sessions and in-service programs to drive clinical confidence in NANISX&trade; solutions.</li><li>Partner with the Business Development Executive to deepen practice engagement and identify expansion opportunities.</li><li>Provide reliable case coverage, ensuring professional representation in the operating room and positive surgeon experiences.</li><li>Accurately manage CRM updates, sales reports, and territory tracking to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.</li></ul>Traits for Success<ul><li>Hustle: Self-motivated and relentless in pursuing territory growth, new opportunities, and case support.</li><li>Communication: Skilled at engaging with physicians and staff, delivering clear, concise messaging, and maintaining consistent follow-up.</li><li>Trust-Builder: Establishes credibility quickly with surgeons, staff, and internal teams through honesty, reliability, and genuine relationship development.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare-related markets.</li><li>Understanding of spine anatomy, interventional pain procedures, and surgical workflows (preferred).</li><li>Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and provide flexible case coverage support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
