 We&rsquo;re working with a leading high-volume manufacturer who are looking to bring in a
 
 strong engineering leader
 
 to take ownership of plant performance, engineering direction, and team development.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a
 
 key leadership role
 
 within the plant, ideal for someone coming from a Manufacturing, Process, or Plant Engineering background, with
 
 proven leadership experience
 
 , looking to step into a broader, high-impact role.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be leading a team of
 
 8&ndash;12 Engineers
 
 across Manufacturing, Process, and Controls, driving improvements across: Plant Performance, CI, Equipment Reliability, Automation and New Product Introduction.
 
 
 
 
 
 As the
 
 Manufacturing Engineering Manager
 
 , your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing, Process, and Controls Engineers
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and lead new equipment, automation, and product introductions
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee capital projects, upgrades, and engineering initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Maintenance and Operations to improve uptime and reliability
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and process issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve automation, controls, and overall plant capability
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (required)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in
 
 high-volume manufacturing
 
 (Automotive, Packaging, Plastics, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 Manufacturing / Process Engineering
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven leadership experience
 
 (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager level)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of
 
 automation, controls, and electrical systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience driving
 
 continuous improvement (Lean / CI / Six Sigma)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 plant operations, engineering, and maintenance interaction
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead from the front and develop a high-performing team
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven background in Process/Manufacturing Engineering.
 </li>
