<ul><li>Keep critical food production assets online by servicing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Use Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting to quickly isolate faults and minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Read and apply blueprints/schematics to plan maintenance and execute accurate repairs.</li>
<li>Diagnose and replace AC/DC motors and VFDs to restore performance.</li>
<li>Repair ovens, mixers, and conveyors&mdash;core equipment on the process line.</li>
<li>Handle light welding and fabrication when needed.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>3+ years in manufacturing maintenance; food production/processing preferred.</li>
<li>Depth in hydraulics, mechanics, and industrial electrical systems.</li>
<li>Comfort with machine configuration, teardown/rebuild, and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>PLC troubleshooting familiarity (Allen Bradley experience strongly preferred).</li>

<p>We are working with an established **Plastics Manufacturer **based in **Erie, PA. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on any Shift in return for a salary in the region of **$32 - $38 p/h **along with shift differential, excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.</p>
<p><b>
Duties as an Maintenance Technician :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors, controls</li>
<li>Replace bearings, rewire motors, and test/verify repairs on automated systems</li>
<li><b>Maintaining Injection Mold Machines</b></li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues</li>
<li><b>Welding and fabrication</b></li>
<li>Participate in new equipment installations, upgrades and modifications and monitor PLC software</li>
<li>Machinery installations and assembly</li>
<li>Conducting preventative and reactive machinery maintenance</li>
<li>Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience required:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Two years of Machine Maintenance experience</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems in machinery and facilities</li>
