Demand Planner (Manufacturing Experience Essential)

• Monday - Friday | Onsite (7a-4p OR 8a-5p)

We're recruiting for an experienced Demand Planner to join a well-established manufacturing business supporting high-volume production operations across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in forecasting, production planning and supply chain coordination, ensuring manufacturing schedules and customer demand are met.

What You'll Do

• Develop demand forecasts and production plans
• Monitor production schedules, planning dates and supply risks
• Analyse forecasting trends, shortages and inventory requirements
• Create demand planning reports and performance metrics
• Support high-priority production campaigns and planning activities
• Coordinate planning schedules with Production, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data and reporting
• Update planning documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the planning process

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' demand planning or production planning experience within manufacturing
• Strong ERP/MRP systems experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with forecasting, inventory planning and production scheduling
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field preferred
