Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic 3G / 4G Welder to join AXIOS. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components .Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and &lt;LOCATION&gt; welding on sheet metal, pipework, and structural components following blueprints and schematics</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to ASME codes &amp; standards for welding quality and safety compliance</li><li>Assist with mechanical assembly, and the use of machining tools as needed for project completion</li><li>Follow safety protocols on construction sites while working with forklifts, scaffolding, or other heavy equipment</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding and fabrication processes</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment</li><li>Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards such as ASME codes &amp; standards for welding practices</li><li>Familiarity with crane operation is a plus</li><li>Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul>Pay: Up to $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person
