Experienced 3G / 4G Welder

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic 3G / 4G Welder to join AXIOS. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components .

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <LOCATION> welding on sheet metal, pipework, and structural components following blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies
• Maintain strict adherence to ASME codes & standards for welding quality and safety compliance
• Assist with mechanical assembly, and the use of machining tools as needed for project completion
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites while working with forklifts, scaffolding, or other heavy equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding and fabrication processes
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ASME codes & standards for welding practices
• Familiarity with crane operation is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
