We&rsquo;re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team and contribute to a variety of real-world design projects while growing your creative skill set along the way. You&rsquo;ll work with a small, collaborative team that values fresh ideas and creativity. We&rsquo;re excited to learn about the types of projects that inspire you and help you build experience in those areas.</div><div></div><div>
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $18/hr (non-negotiable). There is also the possibility to work remotely one day per week.</div><div></div><div>

Support day-to-day design requests through our ticketing system, working on projects such as web banners, postcards, flyers, and other digital and print materials.</div></li><li><div>
Learn how to apply brand guidelines while still bringing fresh, creative ideas to each project.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support a variety of design needs across the organization.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions, and help identify a key project that can become a strong addition to your portfolio.</div></li><li><div>
Receive mentorship from experienced designers, with guidance tailored to your interests and area of study.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

WHAT WILL YOU DO?</div><div>
As a Sales Engineer, your role contributes to the business growth by being responsible for all technical aspects with top system integrator, large end customers and consultants in close collaboration with the sales team in Western Arabia. You will be accountable for defining the best solutions to increase the business on targeted partners and end customers. Your role in the organization is to develop technical complex projects together with different internal departments and support the growth of our business in your territories. Education is also a key activity in the Sales Engineering department, and you&rsquo;ll be responsible for delivering official Academy and tailored training within the territory. The responsibilities include field, inter-departmental and direct partner and customer proactive approach.</div><div></div><div>
The role involves domestic and international travels.</div><div></div><div><i>
Apart from above mentioned tasks, it will be your job to:</i></div><ul><li>
Design the best solution for each project, by understanding the needs from the local end customers, A&amp;E and System Integrators perspective.</li><li>
Always act as a trusted technical advisor both internal and externally.</li><li>
Influence on large tenders and RFP/RFQ process with the local market.</li><li>
Responsible to develop and present Axis solutions with high technical standards.</li><li>
Define together with the related Key Account Manager the best strategy to better position Axis at all levels in the territory.</li><li>
Be accountable to maintain and develop contact with technical key decision makers from large corporations (system integrators and end customers).</li><li>
Learn, keep updated, and collaborate with local and global technology partners.</li><li>
Understand the full solutions, not only the Axis products, but also complementary, such as networking, analytics, software, hardware and services.</li><li>
Understand competitive landscape for each solution and follow-up each project with the technical customers.</li><li>
Promote pilots and proof of concept implementations linked to projects and opportunities.</li></ul><div></div><div>
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</div><div>
We are looking for a focused and self-motivated team player with a technical background within IT and/or Physical Security. You will have the ability to hold inspiring presentations and demonstrations and to build strategic and trustworthy relationships at all levels. You high business acumen and knows how to prioritize accordingly.</div><div></div><div>
You will have experience in pre-sales, B2B technical project-based work within the security market, alternatively within the IT channel and have knowledge in network technologies and applications. You will have the technical confidence to setup and demonstrate complex solutions within Network surveillance and solutions. Knowledge of VMS software is an advantage. You are used to complex project management in a fast-paced environment. You possess good analytical and organizational skills. Finally, you are creative, curious, and passionate for technology.</div><div></div><div><i>
Apart from this, you have the following qualifications and experience:</i></div><ul><li>
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering</li><li>
5+ years of experience in a similar sales engineering role</li><li>
Experience in the physical security or IT market</li><li>

This person will be responsible for driving sales for our selected end customer companies and to develop and implement business plans for the existing and new large end customers.</div><div></div><div>
It will be your responsibility to continuously evaluate annual defined targets and to close projects inside the accounts list. As a Key Account Manager &ndash; End Customers you will be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs and development of the assigned accounts. You will develop business plans and map the assigned accounts within its complexity. You will also be responsible for the strategic management of the accounts with the goal of deepening the Axis relationship across product and solution lines, over an extended time horizon and eventually across geographical boundaries. All of this while identifying and influence the major stakeholders and the eco-system partners and coordinate activities within the different company functions.</div><div></div><div>
You will also actively participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities. Strong account management and team-building skills</li><li>
