<div><ul><li>Design and manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects&mdash;covering proposal development, study design, sampling, questionnaire creation, and analysis.<br>
</li><li>
Work closely with internal stakeholders or clients to understand business objectives and convert them into measurable research outcomes.<br>
</li><li>
Supervise data collection, ensure data quality, and oversee vendor coordination for fieldwork.<br>
</li><li>
Review data on a daily basis and provide feedback to relevant teams<br>
</li><li>
Analyze market and consumer data using tools like Excel, and/ or Power BI<br>
</li><li>
Interpret findings and present insights, trends, and recommendations through clear and compelling reports and presentations.<br>
</li><li>
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects simultaneously.<br>
</li><li>
Track market developments, competitor activities, and category performance to guide business and marketing strategies.<br>
</li><li>
Support business development through proposal writing, RFP responses, and strategic client presentations.</li></ul><div></div><p><br>
Requirements</p><ul><li>
Strong understanding of market research methodologies&mdash;quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches.<br>
</li><li>
Excellent analytical thinking, storytelling, and data visualization skills.<br>
</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one analysis or visualization tool (such as Power BI).<br>
</li><li>
Experience in managing primary research and secondary data analysis across sectors like FMCG, automotive, BFSI, and government programs.<br>
</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.<br>
</li><li>
Ability to manage teams and mentor junior researchers.<br>
</li><li>
Should be a self-starter and motivated individual.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><br>

5 years of work experience in the field of Primary market research<br>
</li><li>
Experience of using MS office tools such as Outlook, excel and word<br>
</li><li>
Experience of using Power BI<br>
