Work closely with internal stakeholders or clients to understand business objectives and convert them into measurable research outcomes.

Supervise data collection, ensure data quality, and oversee vendor coordination for fieldwork.

Review data on a daily basis and provide feedback to relevant teams

Analyze market and consumer data using tools like Excel, and/ or Power BI

Interpret findings and present insights, trends, and recommendations through clear and compelling reports and presentations.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects simultaneously.

Track market developments, competitor activities, and category performance to guide business and marketing strategies.

Support business development through proposal writing, RFP responses, and strategic client presentations.
Requirements

Strong understanding of market research methodologies—quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches.

Excellent analytical thinking, storytelling, and data visualization skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one analysis or visualization tool (such as Power BI).

Experience in managing primary research and secondary data analysis across sectors like FMCG, automotive, BFSI, and government programs.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage teams and mentor junior researchers.

Should be a self-starter and motivated individual.
Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of work experience in the field of Primary market research
